The Associate Pastor / Director of Youth + Family Ministries provides leadership, vision, pastoral care, and relational investment for the church’s ministry with middle school and high school students and their families. The primary responsibility of this role is to direct and develop the church’s youth ministry, creating environments where students encounter Jesus, grow in faith, develop meaningful relationships, and learn to live as disciples of Jesus. The Pastoral Ministry Associate is a part-time (5-10 hour per week) pastoral support role designed to strengthen Sunday morning ministry, care for people with increased needs, and provide relational support to the congregation.
